I am incredibly disappointed in Troy's. Their customer care and service used to be above and beyond, but that is no longer. After scheduling an oil change with them specifically so I could be done over a 1hr lunch break, they completely ruined my experience. I had originally proposed my lunch time 12:30-1:30. They said they have their lunches until 1, and asked if I could come after that. I rearranged my lunch break and traded with a coworker. I called Troy's back and let them know I was able to get lunch from 1-2pm, so if I could do it in that time frame then I would schedule with them. I said if I can't I will just go to Valvoline. Troys towing was definitely a win for me today called and within 20-30 min after the call they were there and loaded fastest I’ve seen in Duluth so far. Very affordable

Got a quote for 6 to 800 for the work i wanted done made an apointment for tues morning to be finished tues. When i dropped if off they told me it wasnt getting done today but would get it done Wednesday got the same story everyday after that till finnaly friday at 430 they finished got the bill and was 1800 a thousand more then the hi end of the quote come to find out after talking with the manager they wrote down what i wanted done wrong and replaced parts that didnt need replacing and now owner wont return my calls be warned about this place.

Ryan and his staff are amazing and take care of you like family. They're up front and give you all the options. They are a great local shop that you should give a try if you are looking for a shop to treat you right.

I got the car towed there after my exhaust got bumped off by my neighbor, Insurance towed it there. It took them two weeks to even get the car looked at and then they gave me a whopping price of $1900 because they’re not a car exhaust shop. It’s a Toyota Camry. It’s my work car exhaust pros charging me 500 bucks. Plus they made me pay a whopping 77$ for an inspection to take my car to exaughts pros. They could have told me the price or that the inspection was gonna be over 50$ haha! What a joke of a shop. And I’ve worked in a few. Not going back.
