USA Towing & Recovery

Very disappointing experience. Our truck was towed Saturday and we were told they wouldn’t be open until Monday. Then early Sunday we got a call telling us to come pick it up immediately and were expected to arrive within 25 minutes, even though we live far away and needed to arrange transportation. I clearly said I was still trying to find an Uber and never confirmed I was on my way, but the person on the phone became rude, accused me of ‘playing games,’ and spoke very disrespectfully. Completely unprofessional and stressful customer service during an already difficult situation. Would not recommend. I think it was Erick

Had an unfortunate front end problem occur and needed a tow to a repair shop. Driver offered to call a repair place near by himself he was familiar with. He called and urged for it to be looked at right away which it was and the price was lower than expected compared to other quotes in the area. Very positive and appreciative experience

I needed a tow in Duluth and called USA Towing after another shop didn’t pick up. USA Towing answered on the first ring and were very friendly. The tow truck was to me in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend!
