Scheduled a date and time to pick up vehicle. Very polite and clean driver showed up 10 minutes early. Told me what, where, when and how the process works. Great experience.

My daughter locked her keys in her truck. 2 babies with her outside in the cold in Yulee tonight 1/29/26. We contacted roadside assistance & Troyz Towing showed up in 7 MINUTES!!! Not even exaggerating!!!!! I can not tell you how PLEASED we were today with this company. Unbelievable impeccable service & professionalism. They towed my trailer at the Pilot and made it hard for me to get it out for no reason, kept my trailer hostage so they can make more money and told me I have to pay $1000.50 because they charge me “overnight” even though I tried to get it out ASAP, they are going to ask for a lot of documents and make your company get it notarized and more documents like harmless release so be prepared if you get towed because they won’t tell you straight up so ask for that documents from them so they can’t waste your time! Because they will try to take forever on purpose. They’ll make it hard because they won’t tell you over the phone they rather email you and they take forever to responds. This company is very unprofessional.

I called to get my car towed and the service was great from start to finish. There was some confusion at first because the auto shop said my car wasn’t there, but that ended up being a mistake on the mechanic’s end — not the tow company. The tow driver told me exactly where my car was and he was 100% right. What I really appreciated was that he called me back afterward just to make sure everything was good on his end. That level of communication and care means a lot. Definitely recommend.
