I bought a blower motor for my car May 28th 2025 7 months later it went out. I reached out to trq Auto parts directly to see if the manufacturer to your warranty could be honored. They asked for some information regarding my purchase to show proof and once I provided the correct information I got an email stating they were mailing a new blower motor directly to my address free of charge. Thank you so much for following through as a company.

2014 mazda cx5 lower control arm ball joint assembly 2 fails in 9 months. Pressed in ball joint comes loose. Bought throuh 1aauto. Part was replaced but had to pay return shipping ($30) if I wanted warranty coverage on replacement. Asked if anyone let TRQ was notified of quality issue...crickets.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCST!! ordered a rear drum kit for my kids Chevy Silverado (boxes were not damaged from shipping) brand new out of the box 1 of the drums were warped. Contacted customer service and was pretty much told they don't care. I will never buy from them again and I strongly recomend you don't either.

I work at a higher end after market Autoparts distributor and as such I get a wholesale discount. My daughter's equinox needed struts, one had leaked dry. I looked at "premium" as well as "best" and "good" parts from my employer. Premium was out of the question as this vehicle has 180k miles and is a college kid go around car. The "best" and "good" parts (one from a well know 'American" manufacturer) weren't options. We had had too many returns at our store. For the price I went with TRQ struts. Put them on a year ago with super easy installation (needed an alignment, of course.) Then our 21 year old Ford Expedition needed front struts, went with TRQ, no problems so far, this guy has 250k. Ordered a fuel pump from them through Amazon and it worked for about a week, now my van won't start at all. You can't contact them on the phone only by email. Poor business if you can't call them to report a problem with their products they sell. Not a good business if you can't list a phone number for people to call about their products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WHETHER THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE OR THIRD PARTY LIKE AMAZON
