TRU CARWASH

Did a great job cleaning my truck. Staff was friendly. Vacs are good, but handles are a bit large, making it difficult to get in nooks and crannies. All in all, I'll be coming back. Can't beat the $7 managers special. I hope they keep that incentive.

Amazing place. Both the attendant(s) and owner are super nice and accommodating. The wash uses chemical wash techniques to limit touch points on the car (that's great!). The wash does a great job. For memberships they scan your license plate so no need for a sticker in your window/shield or a card - pull up and go. It may seem alittle out of the way being just off the Mechanicsville Turnpike (across the street on the same side from Goodwill) but its super convenient. Easy in and then a light to go left or turn right at wheb youre done and coming out- way better than Carpool where you'd have to cross 3 lanes quickly to pull a U-turn. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Go for the premium wash that's roughly $1/day if you break it down.

I paid $20 for a wash that only washed 3 sides of my car. When I complained they told me that they turned off the back side wash because I had a small hitch still attached. They never told me they I needed to remove it to get my WHOLE car washed. When I asked for a rewash, they said I would have to pay again. Management is a joke. They lost 2 family memberships over a rewash.

TRU carwash provides a great service and a really good price. I take my truck there frequently and can have it washed every day using their monthly package. The wash itself is high quality, they use a material that is scratch-resistant, provide an excellent tire shine, have free vacuums, and provide microfiber towels and windex for post-wash. I also met the Co-owner, and it's clear he is very passionate about his business and is a very friendly guy to speak with. I highly recommend TRU carwash, they do a fantastic job.

Paid $20 for a car wash and the car is still filthy. They refused to rewash it unless I paid $5 to go through it again. Will not use them again!
