Truck Center Companies - Wichita

Came down here with my boss to help him deliver a truck. Mike Grady is always professional he's a great salesperson with many years of experience and he treats everybody with kindness and respect no matter no matter what age. He has come to our job site to deliver trucks a few times. Truck Center hires great salespeople and good mechanics. If I had an over-the-road truck or a heavy duty truck I would bring it to Truck Center I would buy my trucks from here and have them serviced here. They are always top-notch with their parts too. Recommend them highly!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. This is the the type of customer service you can expect from Western these guys have done everything possible to steal money and sell my vehicle today would be the first day that I knew that they put a mechanic's lien on my vehicle after me waiting over a year and a half for parts not because of me but because of the way that they do business. I was lied to from the beginning about 15,000 to put in a new transmission which ended up costing $27,000 after they fixed everything the cost of a new truck. During the time they had my vehicle I had to purchase another truck so that I could make a living for myself as well as my family so I was unable to pay right away for a 27,000 bill that had been built up from 15,000 because they continue to a

Great Customer Service and Technician at this facility. Charlie was very hospitable and kept me updated on my Trucks Progress. Three weeks later, so far so good with the Repair, Nox Sensor! Mechanic Chris I believe, did a good job, thanks to all. Second shift service writer was also very nice and welcoming. Helped me get situated with dropping my trailer and parking for the night. Thanks to all. Would definitely use this dealership again, and I don’t say that often. Everything nowadays is so expensive. So Kudos.

2 weeks later and nobody has reached out. I have put off writing this review in hopes that the situation would improve, but that has not happened. So, here we go. In December 2024 we were looking at buying a truck. This is not the first time we have purchased a truck, but has been the worst experience by far. The truck we were interested in was at a location in Minnesota. So, because they couldn't or wouldn't move the teuck to the Wichita location in a reasonable amount of time, my husband and a friend of ours were to drive to Iowa to meet someone from the Minnesota location and drive the truck back to Wichita. My husband gets to Iowa and is informed the people from Minnesota will be late because even though they knew they were going to be driving the truck and Minnesota is very cold in t

Was there last week for injectors issues. Dave and his team took me right in and diagnosed the problem asap. The location manager was even there and very helpful I believe his name is Paul super friedly.. Everyone on site was super friendly,caring,professional, and on point super quick turn around time. Glad I broke down where I did lol! Keep up the good work over there Dave and thanks for all your help
