Thank you Decatur Branch for help with parts for truck at your Springfield Service location.

We have a RV on a Freight liner chassis and had oil splattering all over the back of the rig and toad. Kellen came right out and trouble shot it. Found the problem and tracked down the part at Springfield location. Drove to Springfield expecting to wait over night for repair and was back on the road in 2 hrs. Great group of people.

Had a 1-Box issue. Def had crystallized and clogged the filter. They got me straight in, diagnosed the problem, repaired and out in about 6 hours. Special thanks to Wayne Peters (tech) who took the time to actually care about my truck and get it fixed. I would have no issues of taking my truck there again with this kind of service.

Had a driver go there for engine lights, was told they are backed up, won't be able to check codes for 17 days. Yes, 17 days. Yet they are advertised as a 2-hour express assess wait time. I like using Truck Centers service, but this location, it should be eliminated from their corporation.
