I was thankful that they actually still do the complimentary inspection. They were thorough with making sure they got the repair completed. Timing of getting the repair done was sufficient given the time I arrived. The staff was courteous and friendly, but just in general you give an attitude you should expect it right back. I will definitely stop by again if I need anything done to my truck. Thank you for the great job you guys did as a whole team.

Very pleased with the quality of service. Kim the delivery parts women does an outstanding job. Anytime I have any issues with parts, returns and etc. she is always eager to help make things right. Service guys on the phone are extremely helpful and friendly!!

Truck Centers is the best dealer I have dealt with in the trucking industry. They go above and beyond for our company to make sure parts are accurate and delivered on time. We are always made a priority and they are always my first choice when needing parts or information not only on tractors but trailers as well! Always 5 stars with myself and my shop.

They verified what I always thought on this visit. They are more worried about finding more things to fix other then what it comes in for. They will not ask permission on some things when they want to fix it but they're still going to charge you for it. I went in for a certain code they did all kinds of tests and inspections trying to find what they needed to fix other than what I came in for never said anything up to me about what it came in for until I got snotty with them. Then we started talking about the code it came in for. Well it's inactive. But after they cleared it and took it for a test drive it came back and while they were doing the code check it was back but it was inactive. Now all of a sudden they want to figure out why it is coming on and off. That's what it came in for ne

Drove down from Johnson county. I don't deal with the Truck kountry dealers. Truck Centers had the parts I needed for a western star and a ftl in stock. Nice people to deal with
