My Semi freightliner broke down on I-269 outside of Memphis 0300 in the morning and Truck Doctor answered my call. True 24/7 reliability. Got parts for fuel rail due to fuel line break first thing in the morning and I was out of there in a hour. Great tech and reliable service! 10/10 Thank you guys!

We are a nationwide contractor and were on our way from Texas to a job in New York. Our Dodge Ram 3500 decided to stop running...... We were stranded. Had AAA tow it to a shop and they said they couldn't work on it...Their lift was to small. Enter Truck Doctor. I called and Truck Doctor not only said they could work on it, but they recommended a reasonably priced tow service to tow the truck to their shop. After just 24 hrs with the truck they had it diagnosed and fixed!! Being able to accurately diagnose an automotive issue is a missing skill set these days..Most shop just want to hook it up to a computer and do what it tells them. Well, I'm here to keep the 5 stars going!!!! I had a hole in my trailer and was totally stressing out. Called a friend who knew the Truck Doctor and hunni!!!!!! I am on the road again!!!! Lawrence picked up on first ring, asked what I needed and told me to come on in. I did and I could hardly pop the breaks before the guy was trying to get on top of the trailer!!!!!! They took care of me IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I didn't tell them I was in a hurry but they moved with such a sense of urgency I was wowed!!!! Who does that these days?!?!?! I was in awe of how quickly my trailer was patched up, and it didn't break the bank!! It is enough to get me back in business while I work my way back home. I'm grateful!!! It's rare these days to get good customer service but the Truck Doctor has what you need!!!
