I had the most amazing experience with Jake Dockery, finding my dream truck. He was so kind, very helpful, and was never pushy through the whole process. Jake was very thorough and made sure I understood what I was getting into and showed me multiple different options to make sure I was making the right choice. Luis was just as amazing throughout the financial part, very thorough, and very detail oriented. If you are looking for a truck, ABSOLUTELY go see Jake Dockery and Luis, they will for sure take care of you!!

If I could give more stars I honestly would. My Fiancé and I came to Truck Ranch on the fence about the original vehicle we were looking into getting. After driving it we decided we didn’t want it. Just wasn’t a good fit for our family. Instead of sending us on our way they found another vehicle around the wants/needs we were looking for, and fell in love! I was talking to them about what kind of deal they could make us on a truck, with my car down the road and they ended up getting us a killer deal on top of lower interest rates! I will be sending any and all business their way.! Thank you guys tons!

UPDATE 11/19/25 THIS DEALER IS TRASH! LOTS OF 1 star reviews! Don’t buy from here! After driving the truck home, I strongly recommend doing a thorough inspection before leaving the lot. While there were several minor issues I noticed in the first few weeks, two major safety concerns were completely unacceptable—especially since the dealership knew I was from out of town and had a long drive home with my young son: 1. The spare tire had visible holes and was completely flat. 2. The tire pressure monitoring sensors had been removed from all tires 3. Transmission on truck was 3 quarts low, Bailey registering on the dipstick. 4. The cheap key fob they had made for the truck so that I had a second key already came apart and they charged me 140 for it. These are serious safety issues that shou

We had a great experience with Jacob! We live in Boise and didn't want to make the drive unless we knew we were really interested. Jacob worked to get me videos and all of the details on the truck, plus we got a jump start on the pre-approval. The whole staff was fun and friendly and the deal was straight forward.
