Truck Sales at U-Haul

This is my best U-Haul location. It is well staffed and they get you in and out in minutes even without a reservation. They have a wide range of equipment and if you reserve one that they don't have - like I did on January 30th 2018 - they will pick up from another location ahead of time. It has a very secure storage with 24 hour access (7:00pm if you don't want to pay) but outside storage is 24 hrs free. Climate controlled storage is also available. I was served by Ch...s..an today.

Its a temp. Controlled facility if you request but it is a lil pricey but you also have a more secure locker as well unlike many other self storage. They keep it pretty clean but make sure you make your payment or they auction off your stuff after so many unpaid bills.

I've got to say, Customer service at this location must not matter to them. I got a rent reminder Via email Tuesday the 15th at 9 am. I logged in and made a single payment, and some how the website double charged me (in a single transaction.) Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I went into the store on Tuesday afternoon, because the back door was broken so I could not get to my storage unit. Again not a huge deal. They told me the double charge has happened to a few people this week online and they were working on it. They could not do a refund at that time because there was no manager on, but promised to call on Wednesday to get it done. I called TWICE on Wednesday, once in the morning and once around 2, both times I was promised a call back. NO CALL. Here is is Thursday, after calling 3

Made online appt to have trailer hitch installed. Office called to reschedule appt to following week and when I arrived there was no one to install. Store Manager changed Total waste of time and then spent 15 min with owner because he couldn't figure out how to refund my installation fees. I drove a long way to have this installed and frankly it was a complete waste of time. Delayed my purchase of the trailer AGAIN as I had no way to pick it up. Uhaul lost a customer!!!

If you're moving and you need to rent a truck in Manchester this is the place to go they have boxes Furniture pads tape padlocks rope they rent trailers trucks vans dollies furniture dollies everything you need for a move they have they are prices for these things are not the greatest but the service here is good although they do get pretty busy certain days of the week they also offer temperature controlled storage at that facility and they do have public restrooms the one thing they do not have is handicap accessible doors or ramps
