They were really nice and helpful. They let me keep the uhaul over night without charging me for an extra day
Guy who answered phone was extremely rude and yelled at me for not knowing which truck I wanted to rent, to add insult to injury he didn't articulate truck sizes or prices. He basically answered the phone in a "what do you want" type of demeanor . He should be fired! No customer service etiquette AT ALL! Niagara Falls Blvd will get my money they know how to treat their consumers!
Fast booking, fair price, great staff. Will use again.
