This shp is an absolute wonderful, honest place to have your vehicle worked on They stuff is very welcoming and pleasant. I had Preston as a mechanic, very on top of the job he is on. Did a wonderful job and explained everything to me. He always took the time for me. Terri the administrative assistant was always very polite and very helpful!!! Came in today to get my windshield fixed (A giant rock went flying into it) Everyone was so kind! It got done in about hour in a half and it was so much cheaper then Safelite! 10/10 recommend 👌🏻

On 3/7/2022 my husband and I purchased a 2010 Subaru Legacy from Trucks and Toys in Post Falls, ID for $11,800. This car was going to be my husband's commuter car for work and eventually be passed down to our oldest daughter in a few years when she starts driving, so we told them we needed a mechanically sound vehicle. Jackie (salesperson) assured us that they go meticulously through every vehicle and fix any mechanical issues, which is why they are a "no haggle" car lot. We purchased the car at 1:30pm on 3/7/22. My husband drove it to work that night and on his way home at 1:00am on 3/8/22 the check engine light, cruise control light, traction control light and e-brake light all came on. Very happy with service dept. Took my '12 Xterra in for intermittent popping sound somewhere in suspension. Couldn't tell if noise was coming from front or back. They quickly diagnosed that the front sway bar links backed off and needed to be tightened. Also one of the rear shocks was leaking. After tightning both ends, and installing new rear shocks, she now drives like a champ, quiet, and with noticeably better suspension. They got me in and out at a fair price.
