This is an Excellent place to bring your vehicle. I have a Mercedes SuV and there were others who brought in their BMWs. Even tho they service all cars, they are Great with Euros! 😁 I was so excited when I found out they dont charge to look at your car and see what's going on! It was FREE!!🤯🥳 They are clean, Friendly, and seek to develope a long term relationship. Customer service is a 10 ⭐ star. And they did a fantastic job with price quotes. And to top it off, they are willing to take you back home if your vehicle needs special time attention. This is the best place ever!!!! to bring your vehicle. Initially, I found Mario to be very helpful and genuine. When I first spoke with him, he assured me that if I had my car towed to his shop, he would take care of it and work with me on pricing. I had been considering a mobile mechanic, and he even offered advice about the potential risks of going that route, which I appreciated at the time. However, once my car was actually at the shop and they looked at it, his demeanor completely changed. I was quoted close to $600 for the repair, while the mobile mechanic I had spoken to was charging around $300. When I asked if he could use the same starter part the mobile mechanic had found at AutoZone, he refused and said that the part he quoted was the cheapest option available. The conversation became uncomfortable after that. He got an attitude

I decided months ago to give them a chance because it was within walking distance of where I live. My only regret, is not going with them much earlier. The previous car repair places I've been going to, either did not appreciate my business, could not diagnose the issues correctly, or made me wait for several weeks. Here at true automotive, I have not had either one of those problems. They do great work and are able to properly diagnose any issues with my vehicles. Plus, they usually are able to get on things within a day or two. Also, they make it clear that my business is appreciated there. I will say that their prices are a little on the high side, but they more than make up for it with their quality and service. Plus, they stand behind their work with a good warranty.

Please. Take. Your. Car. Here. You will not regret it. I won't say the name of the automotive shop I took my car to before taking it here, but they were the worst shop I've seen in a long time. I tried my luck with True Automotive, and I was beyond glad I did. Now, are their prices rather high? Yes, yes, they are. Could you find another mechanic around here who does a similar job for cheaper? You definitely could. But True Automotive's confidence matches their competence, and the price you pay for is the quality you are GOING to get. I would 10 times out of 10 rather spend more money at this shop and KNOW they are going to either fix my issue or go beyond the extra mile to make sure they do everything they can to help me than to spend less at another shop that will likely rob me and not fi
