Trussell's Complete Auto Repair

(9/14/25 - Editted a review from 2022) Friendly folks but left my engine worse than it was before I brought it in for new timing chains. (Charged me twice to pull the engine due to their not getting it right the first time). It now needs a new engine and I have to get it done in Battle Creek where I now live. Wasted $5000 at Trussell's. Another $4300+ to go. Trussell's made no serious effort to rectify the cost to me of their poor work despite having been a customer there a few times before for less complicated work. BTW - Don't go there for wiring work either... 😪😡

Larry and crew are always honest and reliable when it comes to business and satisfaction! They are fair with their prices and the turn around time is very quick. After going to multiple places around town I was introduced to Trussell’s by my father and have never gone to another place since! I would highly recommend Trussell’s to anyone that is looking to either have work done or get your car checked out. They treat people like family and with respect which is hard to find these days.

I’m from out-of-state, but bought a sweet ride (used) to keep here for visits with the grandkids. Had to have a few issues looked at to ensure the long-term health of the vehicle. They were awesome!! Thank you Keri and team! I’ve already told my daughter’s family how great you all are!!

Still continuing to have engine issues after my whole engine was replaced from this shop, will not be coming back here again. It’s like more issues have came from coming here than anything being fixed.
