As an Englishman who believes the world should speak English, I struggle with Car dealers in Orlando as no one speaks English anymore. BUT, I must Say, the guys at Trust excelled with my purchase. Rafael Dacca and Alex were fun to deal with as we went to war to find a deal that suited us both. If you are looking a used car, this lot are better than most on OBT. Sidney Santos was great to work with. Very polite and patient with request and obtaining information. Very well spoken English as well as Portuguese. Highly recommend his assistance. The dealership lot carries a larger variety of quality vehicles at expected low prices. I also took advantage of the extended service warranty which is a comfort with any previously owned vehicle. I see lots of great reviews but let’s get real. Buyer beware. I understand “as is” but less than a week off lot dashboard lit up like Christmas tree. Simple, Abs Bas sensors lit up. Valeria was nice and worked with me and I did ask about extended warranty. She said it’s included in price. Wrong. Read paperwork before signing. I’m more upset that they dismissed this issue without offering to take a look. That’s what bothered me. Wasn’t looking for compensation but for their service department, if any, just to take a look at issue. Instead I get this: “Unfortunately, in your case, there’s nothing we can do.
