Excellent work, timeliness, and reasonable prices! I called Thursday requesting major preventive maintenance services on my 2014 Malibu. "Long" asked me to come in Saturday at 9 and quoted me prices for transmission service and a tune up. Dropped off the car at 9 today. I received a call at 2:30 that the car was ready to go. They performed Transmission fluid flush and replacement, spark plug and coil boot replacement, engine air filter replacement, and fuel injector cleaning. When I picked up the car, Long took me back into the shop where all of my fluids and components were laid out for examination. Mr Long is the best! After experiencing mechanical issues, I had my car towed to Trust Transmission & Auto Repair. After diagnostics, Mr Long advised that I needed a new engine. However, he recommended that I contact the dealership where I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Tucson from to see if they could offer any assistance. To my surprise, there was an extended-warranty on the engine as a result of a lawsuit. Hyundai found that my car qualified under the parameters and put in a new engine. Very happy customer and can't thank Mr Long enough for his assistance and honesty. A man of integrity!

This is by far the best shop I have taken my car to in the 4 years I have been in the twins cities. They did fantastic work my axles and transition at a great price, plus replaced both front bearing/hub assembly without charging me for labor :). Let me not forget to mention that Long went above and beyond to find parts and kept his shop open till 8pm to work on my car so I could make it to work this morning. I am sooo grateful I found Trust Transmission and Auto. Long is the man!!!!

Came in because Valvoline refused to flush my transmission due to a “leak.” Owner could have told me anything but he was honest and found a damaged O ring on my oil filter that could have caused major engine damage and even gave me a replacement filter for free. Amazing service
