Excellent service! Dropped off my noisy Toyota Sienna and they fixed the front struts, tie rod end, and alignment perfectly—plus included an oil change. I received updates on the progress of the repair and was kept up to date on timelines, which really helped in planning around my work schedule. Had a slow leak in tire…ask store manager if they had time to repair. He cordially informed me that they would fit in to schedule. Was completed I about 30 minutes! Store manager very knowledgeable and passionate about customer service, and ancillary service where he helps teach drivers the importance of vehicle safety in equipment checks, operator awareness and vehicle maintenance. Kudos to Cody and his team at North Bismarck!

The wait was my only issue, but that probably wasn’t a fault of their own. I worked with Nathan. He was very friendly, cooperative, and made sure I was being taken care of. He displayed great communication across the board. He worked to find four great tires and the only exact rim left that I needed.

Great Service. We came to Bismarck and stayed in a hotel overnight. Came out the next day to find 2 of our tires slashed. Called Trusted and talked to Cody. He was very helpful. They didnt have our size tires in stock, but he got them. Made sure to make us a priority even though they were busy, so we could get on the road. When the tow truck from AAA came and said he couldn't give us a ride, I called Cody to explain we wouldnt be arriving with the car, he was willing to come pick us up so we didn't have to spend more money on an Uber. And the price of the tires and work was more than reasonable and they give you text updates throughout and pictures at the end of what they found and did. Nice shop. Nice guys. I bought 2 sets of tires, brakes and had engine work on another truck here. Their website states full transmission service and repair. I took my Ford in for a shifting issue. Told them it was a transmission issue when I called. I live 90 minutes from town, made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped it off. Left town for the day. Get a call an hour later stating they agreed it was a transmission issue - but they don't service them. They told me to take it elsewhere. I wish they'd had just said that before taking my appointment, letting me drop it off, then telling me that. 😔 Wasted half of my day, and some fuel. Again, nice guys, nice shop. Poor communication. Just letting others know as to not waste anyone else's time and money.
