T&S Towing and Recovery LLC

I was stranded on the side of the road early this morning. I called T&S Towing, and Shannon was sent to my rescue and was there in less than 20 minutes. I later found out that he was an owner/operator. I was concerned about my car being loaded because of how low it was and it had a passenger front flat. Shannon loaded my car and treated it as if it was his own. Shannon is a stand up business man. He even helped me find a shop that had a tire the size I needed in stock. Shannon was very professional and courteous. If I am ever stranded again T&S Towing will be my first call! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars because T&S deserves 10 stars!

This is the best towing company in town hands down! They are very professional and honestly treat you like family! The owner is very knowledgeable about everything from the law, insurance, and repairs. I will always request T&S towing for all my towing needs!

Owner/ operator was extremely kind and went out of his way to offer great customer care. Having one's vehicle towed is never a happy occasion regardless of the circumstance or who is at fault. However, the man I interacted with was very understanding, sympathetic and cared for my vehicle as if it was he own. He truly was a good ending to a very stressful day.

I want to start off by saying I was having the worst day my car wouldn't turn over and I had to get a tow. My insurance company called T & S Towing to come pick up my car to take it to a dealership for service and when he showed up he was so polite and helpful it made my bad day 100% better and he even got to me earlier than expected. So in the future if anyone needs a tow I would recommend this company 100%. He was courteous, respectful and showed me tools in my car I didn't even know I had just in case I might need to use them in the future.
