Tsi garage auto repair and racing

Dont buy any cars from TSI garage. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a used car from this shop for $2,000, trusting their word that it was in good running condition and because my boyfriend used to work there for 3 years. Not even a week later, it wouldnt start( i didnt drive it at all during that time due to me being in the middle of getting my license). They took it back to their shop so they could “look at it”. It was up there for 3 weeks. They failed to communicate with me about anything regarding the car. So i had it moved to a different shop and not even 2 days later they told me it has a blown engine. When I went to confront them , they refused to answer any text. When they finally answered they didnt take any responsibility and denied me of any kind of refund or

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, but I want to give a shout out to Justin he pointed out several things that needed to be repaired that I did not know and it was greatly appreciated. I'm taking my other vehicle there tomorrow as a matter of fact to get the oil changed as well. They do great work and the customer services exceptional. Thank you all for your help.

This place is a joke they have my car still it's been 8 mths mind u it's a 2006 Buick the women that owns the place is rude unprofessional anyways they never fixed the car and they are holding the car saying I have to pay $485 for labor on the car they never fixed so now I'm calling channel 9 news on them shame on you remember always be humble and honest we do live in a small town and we don't roll that way SMH

Great place, I know the mechanic that works there, and their not the kind of people to rip you off. One guy there name Justin Abernathy can build a Honda civic with his eyes closed. The dude is a wizard when it comes to engines. Edit: had some wheel bearings installed today. Took only about 35mins. I highly recommend this place.

I was told by this company the part I needed for my car was not coming and they didn't deal with the parts company that has the part and the parts company that has it said they were delivering it to this company and was told it got cancelled from the parts company. So DON'T deal with tsi in cherryville because they will lie to you.
