Tsunami Express Car Wash

Ever since it was bought out from take 5 I have had nothing but problems with the wash plan I had in place for my 3 vehicles. Each time I took one of the 3 vehicles on the plan I was expected to go inside and provide a credit card even though it was on file whuch should not have happened since the card was not expired. On the first occurrence I was assured that all 3 vehicles were updated and I would not have any further issues. When I took the second car there the same happened. Again I was assured the problem was fixed but I would have to provide a credit card. When I took the 3rd car the same thing happeded except I went in and made them cancel my plan. I did call the number provided online and complained with no satisfaction or any type of resolve other than receiving very poor custo

This place is constantly closed when it is supposed to be open. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get my car washed since Tuesday and it's Thursday now. This time, the cones weren't even blocking the entrance, so I pulled in only to find the the screen showing "Not in service" and nobody present. I had to reverse all the way back out, and I was not the first one to do so--there were several other tire tracks in the snow where others stopped short and backed out. They were supposed to open at 8am. I pulled in at 9am. This happens all the time (multiple times a month).

27 dollars for a car wash! It didn't even clean my car the dryers arent strong enough left water spots all over my car, left dirt on my rims and all over my trunk. Would not recommend!

I took my car through this car wash yesterday. I spent 25 dollars for my car wash and still had bugs ALL over my car. This car wash also put scratches all throughout my passenger side of my car. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS CAR WASH. the last picture is just one of many scratches I got from this car wash from just one time at this car wash.

Staff is very nice at this location. It's a stay in your car, we'll roll you through, put it in neutral, don't touch the brake or steering wheel car wash. None of this type of car wash gets your car clean. This one leaves a lot of soapy residue, doesn't rinse clean but what do you expect for a plan where you pay $22 and change to wash your vehicle unlimited times per month? I go through at least twice per week so it's worth the money.
