Tsunami Express Car Wash

Went to get my car washed but had never been here before, the manager Nick was very nice, helpful, and explained the different washes and I ended up signing up for a membership! My car came out very clean, and was able to use the towels at the detail center afterwards! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve lived in Chillicothe for 2 years and the self serve car Washes are quite frankly trash. But ever since this new Tsunami Express car was has come about, it’s been Sooo much easier for me to get my car washed. The new system saves me the time of having to scratch that demonic sticky glue off my front view window. The costumer service is top tier. I always seem to go when either Nick or Maranda are working and they are so friendly and offer GREAT costumer service. Even this winter they were out there in the freezing cold when the wash had to temporarily close because of inclemate weather and they still Politely and with genuine courtesy served the clients with professionalism and kindness in informing them. Drove my jeep through here visiting from out of town. Car wash was $27!!!!!! They let me pay and pull through knowing the car wash was going to shut down a lot of the brushes because I have a spare tire on the back. They were good to let me know this after the fact when I came back in to complain but offered no help, just an excuse. These people are here to help themselves to a paycheck, not help the customer. There was 3 employees in the office when I walked in, none offered any help at all, just an excuse why my car is still dirty after taking my money for an over priced car wash! My point is they should’ve pulled me away and refunded me knowing I wasnt going to get what I was paying for. I guess they got paid and could sit in there sipping their milkshake instead of doing their job!

The car wash itself is amazing. It's so convenient. I can just pull up and it reads my license plate and opens that gate. Also the level of detail from just going through the wash, is one of the best I have experienced. The only issue I am bringing up in hopes this gets it fixed is the tsunami mobile app. So far my experience with it has been horrible. I can not migrate my existing plan and I have reached out to support on the app and through email and have not yet received a fix for the app and it has been over a week. Great job in the car wash sector but your app is less than expected.

They had issues with paying for your car to be washed while waiting to get through so I could pay I had to keep honking my horn to get someone's attention while the other line just kept going through. When he did finally come out he came out with an attitude snapping at me and when I snap back he had a bigger attitude so I just said forget it I'm leaving. While I tried to pull out he decided to dart in front of me to get through first I had to stop real quick and he tried to say I tried to hit him. Believe me if I wanted to hit him I would have hit him. It happened to be an officer there who wasn't paying attention until he heard us yelling at each other because that worker hit my car with his fist I was going to pull over when the officer said yes do.
