Tsunami Express Car Wash

Absolutely the worst place to wash your car. The service is horrid, the time to speak with customer service is insanely outrageous and UNACCEPTABLE. Do NOT go to any of their washes- horrible across the board, ESPECIALLY in Gary!!

Vacuums never work suction, really slow. I never get a chance to wash my car here. Because every time I try to vacuum my car out before washing it all the vacuum cleaner suction is very low. Just left 2/17 6pm

I love the car wash but every time I come even with my man yall have this slow moving girl in the box she already be miss adding like damn the one star is for the wait she took so long I waited 30 minutes that’s insane, do better

Canceling my subscription as of today! Got a car wash the other day from this location and as I was going through I had to shut off my A/C because the chemical mixture was way off on the soap, a strong toxic smell. When the vehicle dried, it left streaks all over my vehicle that I can't get off even after going to their Portage location. Hoping I don't have permanent paint damage. Employees don't seem like they want to be there. The guy guiding us in that sprays the vehicles with the wand was spraying some vehicles front and back and some just the front, bare minimum effort and he looked annoyed he had to be there. Take your business elsewhere!

I Remember Why this is My favorite car wash. I stopped at Tsunami with My Mother today to wash Her Car. The Manager on Duty is the 💣. He is Extremely Professional, Takes Pride in His job🤙 I've Spoken with Him before as He was more than Helpful & insisted I wash My Mother's New Vehicle at the time due to a Previous situation that He Immediately & Happily Solved. I saw Him interact with His employees. They seemed to really Dig His Vibe. Any worker can Appreciate a Boss Who Shows You Respect. I'm a Dedicated Loyal Member to this Location bc of the Manager Who was on Duty earlier today. I've been a Member for 2-3 months now. THANK YOU Sir & God Bless Everyone 🤙💯✊🙏💯
