Tsunami Express Car Wash

I used to like this car wash but I don’t know what happened today. I specifically asked for a package with underbody cleaning and I got the very opposite. I still had dirt and bugs on the front nose of my car. I just wasted $17 on something I could’ve done at home.

I feel like 2 stars is being nice. The only reason I use this car wash is because I have oversized tires and can't fit in the others. Unfortunately, I have to go through at least two times every time due to the poor equipment. A lot of times the car wash is closed in the middle of the day or the vacuums are turned off. This place needs some help. Also do not comment back and say call you because I've called many times when the car wash was closed to ask if it was going to be opening back up since I drove 30 minutes to use it and nobody ever answers. Doesn't Do Any More Then Knock The Dust Off. There were still bugs and grease on the car. As much as I pay for this service I expect more.

A cascade of bad service, frequent outages, and unfriendly staff. The place changed names 3 times already, I think. This morning they were supposed to open at 8:00. Two cars were in line already. The staff went out and told me they are closed. I told her "I know that you open at 8:00". She said yes. She didn't tell us they were closed for the day! We waited for 15 minutes in line for her to get in the car and leave the location without a saying anything. I went back an hour later. She told me they were closed for the day because the pipes froze. I told her she could have saved us the wait and the trip earlier. She didn't comment. I cancelled my monthly subscription immediately effective today! It is amazing how one staff person's bad morning could ruin a business!

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. While my vehicle was inside the wash, the equipment froze and jammed, causing damage. The employees working that day witnessed the malfunction happen in real time and told me directly that the issue was caused by the car wash freezing up. I also have video evidence of the incident. Despite this, my claim was later denied with the explanation that there was “not enough evidence” the damage occurred on their property — even though their own employees acknowledged what happened. I am extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled and the lack of accountability for damage caused by their equipment. I would strongly recommend being cautious before using this car wash!! Horrible!!
