Tsunami Express Car Wash

I took my brand new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek to this car wash at North and Bechtle in Springfield, Ohio. When I came out of the car wash, there was very heavy damage. The hood and the top of the car were covered in deep scratches from front to back. The whole thing needs repainting. The manager said he just works there and it’s not his problem. He tried to make me feel like it was my fault and I was wasting his time. Not exactly stellar customer service. I would give them a zero if I could.

Love this car wash. I have had a membership for over 2 years. They are doing a great job here. Wish they had the self pre wash, but otherwise amazing.

I have a newer 2024 subaru. Went through on a hot day after a brush and power rinse there was a large crack down the middle of my windshield. After no contact for over a week take five damage claim finally emailed me and said they're not reliable for the crack. It's unfortunate been a customer for over 3 years I'll just take my money somewhere else.

This place has now charged my card three times without me ever being there. I tried for a “month” subscription in March. I have gotten no response from the business. No where when you get a subscription does it say it will automatically renew. Most of the brush heads don’t work, and they will tell you they’re going to be replaced. This place is anything but a well structured business.

Thomas Smith was amazing and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and assisted me in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!
