Tsunami Express Car Wash

I've been going here since last year. The monthly plans are affordable, great customer service, and convenient. By each vacuum you can also air up a tire if needed. There's clean microfiber cloths to wipe your vehicle off and/or to use with the windows cleaner or upholstery cleaner they provide. I'm really glad we got this in West Plains.

Worse car wash what's not told at time approaches that it was broken. That one side wasn't risen. Your car off went through it side. A car still so fall over it when it talked to the kid. Who was there? And he's like, oh yeah, it's broke. But you can go through it again. Still didn't fix the issue. If the not working properly, why would you still be open? And charging people to high prices that you guys are charging. I am not from your town. I just wanted to stop to wash my car. So I could see out my windows ran it through the car. Wash twice soap all over. It did not clean. It was just ready to go. Already talked to the kid you think he would have refunded me. When it was Take 5, the service and product was good. Since they've changed hands it's gone to the dogs. The truck doesn't get clean, half their brushes don't make contact, and their drier doesn't work. Not worth the subscription price I'm paying

Take 5 used to be pretty good but since it became tsunami express, it keeps getting worse. It doesn’t clean anymore, it doesn’t dry hardly at all, the “clean towels” are all wet and do nothing to help dry off (why should I have to manually dry off my vehicle???) it’s just a terrible experience. I even pay for the max wash and package and still it’s terrible. Going to cancel and find somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at this car wash! My car came out spotless, and the whole process was quick and smooth. The manager deserves special recognition. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in keeping everything running at the highest standard. You can tell the staff is motivated because of their leadership. Definitely my go-to car wash from now on!
