Tsunami Express Car Wash

We paid, then they told us the wash was closed, and wouldn’t give us a refund. They should’ve blocked the payment lane or put up a sign. Completed chaos. I have a membership for my other vehicle that I will be canceling until Tsunami is bought by another company (this car wash has had a new owner every year). The good news is that now I have a reason to support a locally owned and operated car wash in Wilmington.

I go to the one in Wilmington. It's been great until recently. Been there three different times in a month and it's been closed. Very frustrating when your a loyal customer and you pay for unlimited washes. Hard to take advantage when they are not open

Got a top of the line car wash. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I live in the country and park outdoors so my car gets really dirty quickly. While not everything came off, it was much much better than before. My wheels and tires were extremely filthy and they looked brand new when they came out of the car wash.

The wash didn't even get basic dirt off let alone make a dent on the bugs. Vacuums with wide nozzles are available no air. I had just below the most premium for $22. This is by far one of the more expensive washes Ive paid for with some of the worst results Ive had. Would not return.

When I purchased my new car I started using the Magic Tunnel to keep the salt off. I signed up for the unlimited washes and haven't looked back. I go though the Magic Tunnel at least 3-4 times per week and they keep my car looking as new as the day I bought it. Everyone that works there is polite and always hustles to the next car. No car wash is perfect but the Magic Tunnel in Wilmington makes it painless! Thanks again.
