Wilmington Glass

Not the prettiest place, but that's not what I need. As far as glass goes, they have whatever I am needing Everytime I've gone there. Customer service is great. Be aware of the days and time they are open because it's not everyday.

I would give zero stars, but I had to give one to leave a review. We called, they sent out a person for a quote to repair a double pane window last Weds. Gentleman said we'd get a quote in a day or two via email. We waited until Monday to call them to inquire about our quote, lady said we'd get quote by the end of the day. It is now Weds., a week later and still no quote. They had our email and phone number. Very disappointed.

I live in Washington Court House. We have a couple of Glass businesses in town. I tried multiple times to get in touch with the companies in WASHINGTON CH and Never received a return call. I called Wilmington Glass and the phone was answered right away. They where able to make the glass I needed and it was ready the next day. My day off happened to fall on the weekend. Wilmington Glass was closed, but made arrangements for me to be able to get my glass on Saturday. Very professional and reasonably priced. I will be using and recommending Wilmington Glass for all my future glass needs.

Very friendly, cooperative gentleman. Did a good job on fixing my window. Will go back to him if ever needed again.
