Tsunami Express Car Wash

I get a car wash almost everyday. I work third shift and get done early. Before they open fully. These guys always get me in so I can go home. I cannot visit the car wash during the day so them always letting me slide thru 30 mins before open is nice.

This has been a wonderful addition to the Wisconsin Rapids area and especially for Rome residents. The staff is very attentive and they do a great job. I met a wonderful young Lady named Amanda and she asked me if I was pleased with the service. Very much so, I replied. I travel the state and I drive a white vehicle. Needless to say, the bugs like my car. She told me if I did not feel satisfied with the wash, I should just tell them and they would run it through again. That is Customer Centric service which is rare nowadays. Hats off to Amanda and the fine crew at Tsunami Car Wash in Wisconsin Rapids. Mark M

3-Star Review: Breaking Bad Habits (and Speed Limits) I’ve visited similar washes in New Mexico, and while this place wasn't exactly owned by "Heisenberg," the experience was definitely... experimental. I'm giving it three stars because my car is technically wetter than when I arrived, but we have some chemistry issues to work out. The "Blue Sky" Breakdown: • The Pre-Game: Back in ABQ, they hit the car with a professional pressure washer to prep the grime. Here, I got a low-pressure garden hose treatment. It felt less like "Science, Mr. White!" and more like a lukewarm "hello." • The Kessel Run: I went through that tunnel in record time. I didn't have a choice; the conveyor belt was dialed to "Meth-Induced Mania." I’m fairly certain the machinery was running on the very product Walt was fa

What a fantastic experience! The gentlemen at the pay booth was so friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable, no pressure. Then he quickly went into the wash building and guided me in and sprayed my car. The best part, he yelled out what to do next, putting my car in neutral. I could hear him crystal clear and appreciated it. I also appreciated him yelling foot of the brake, and he pointed to the sign. Great instructions!! I am a business owner and I give a shout out to amazing customer service. I asked him at the pay booth his name, thanks Mike for making my day! I am now on a monthly plan!!!!

Great service by the friendly staff at Tsunami car wash! The wash is very effective and leaves no residue. They also have drying towels and powerful vacuums. My 10 year old car has never looked or smelled so good. Highly recommend.
