am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service performed at your location. I brought my vehicle in for an air conditioning fluid replacement service. The total charge came to $500, plus an additional $60 fee that was described as being for disposable materials such as cloths and spray products. I have no issue paying for necessary materials. However, a $60 charge for disposable items is excessive and unreasonable. When I asked for clarification, the only explanation provided was that “everyone is charged this fee.” That is not a sufficient justification. I would like a transparent breakdown of what exactly was included in this charge. I travel to this Tuffy location because I have always received great repair service. I need only explain the issue and the diagnosis and repair are spot on. The service is excellent, however the only reason they didn't get 4 or 5 stars is because I had made an online appointment for 10:00 a.m. I dropped off my car and it was not worked on until 4:00 p.m. the same day. There was no update during the day as to the course of repairs. I had to stay with friends in the area overnight as the shop was closing and the parts had to be ordered and installed first thing the next day. I will be giving them my business in the future because they are a reputable business and my car is purring like a kitten again. If they iron out some kinks, they could easily get a 5 star rating !

The staff at Tuffy’s is top notch. Julio and Zahira and staff are amazing people. They never disappoint and never try to sell you anything you don’t need. They are very straight forward and honest. I have gotten all my vehicles serviced there and they have been amazing to work with and get the job done right every time. I highly recommend Tuffy’s for any of your automotive repairs or needs.

Carlos got my truck in very quickly, even though I was a drive up to see if they could get my oil changed now, or if I had to come back later. They did a good job, and as I was waiting, Carlos had several conversations with other customers. They all seemed to appreciate his attitude, as did I, and they all left happy. Rare customer skills, great service, and clean restroom! Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for the first time, was greeted cordially and problems diagnosed quickly. They told me the problem I’d been told about by another service provider existed but wasn’t severe enough to warrant the cost of fixing it. They were able to work on the problems they identified-several-immediately while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Very satisfied. I noticed several immediate positive changes in my car’s performance.
