First time going to Prime Auto Repair and the experience was amazing. Jason is the one who handled my appointment. He was so friendly and kind. He was very truthful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. I felt comfortable and confident that I was not going to be taken advantage of. Gary also assist me and he too was kind & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Prime Auto Repair if you need work done one your car.

Kevin, and his mechanics took care of me. I was told by previous shop that my truck needed brakes. After Kevin's mechanic looked at it, I was told the brakes do NOT need replacement at this time. That's an honest staff and sometimes hard to find today. I highly recommend them!!!

I was in a minor fender accident on the driver side of my 2011 Jeep Patriot. I needed about $1400 worth of repairs. They got my car in and out after the parts arrived. She is a whole new jeep (besides the physical damage). They have awesome customer service. Makes you feel like you’re at home! Thank you so much Tuffy family, I know where to go next time for anything! Also, while I’m here my boyfriends 2011jeep grand Cherokee was also serviced here! They worked on it until they found every problem under the hood, and gave him a nice oil change ! Now it runs like new again, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have both our jeeps:) ANDY, you’re the man! Thanks again

So far so good. Taken my car there X2 and not trying to rip me off like the auto dealer down the street!! Have 'no" complaints thus far. Nice employees too.
