Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Went to Walmart for walk in tire replacement cheap. They had no one there. Only 1 person who couldn't do anything & needed to make appointment. After making appointment the price of 11-18$ increased to over 30$ after tax. Went to Tuffys their prices were higher but asked if they would price match. Although they didn't believe the 11$ as says on website. They did check it & surprised. They did then give me price of 26$ as they seen my need was needed. They were awsome & quick. I wouldn't mind paying more if or when able. Service very good and nothing miss leading.

Had my 2012 F350 Diesal in Tuffys to Diagnose a screaming Turbo/ maybe replacement …. They discovered a Connection issue and put in a New gasket and we are running Good! I also had my blower motor replaced ! Great Communication and conversation on how much money I had to spend and the Best part was they were available now not a month out as if that’s ok to do to people like other shops stack up customers! Availability is worth its weight in Gold because this truck was pulling a trailer to the Jobsite 24 hrs after dropping it off!

*Edit* 3-5-2026 came in with my new vehicle to get an inspection done and transmission done, was told it would take a few hours but was actually done an hour earlier than expected. Again my expectations have been exceeded. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fair prices, friendly staff, and you know you’re getting quality work done. Very happy I chose them for my second vehicle. Friendly staff, quick and reasonable prices with financing offered which was very easy and fast to get done. Overall very happy with my experience with Tuffy. If you need work done or maintenance done this is one of the best. 10/10

I was on my way to Fargo from out of town on a Saturday when my car started acting up. I called around to try to find a mechanic that could at least tell me if it was safe to drive back home. I got ahold of Tuffy's and they did a scan. Every step of the way, every single person I interacted with was so helpful and kind. It turned out I would have to leave my car there through Monday, and the service manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was somewhere safe and able to continue making plans on how I was going to get home. They made me feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation. I'm so grateful!

Tuffy Auto has become like a second family to my son and I. We live in Wisconsin but my son is in Fargo playing hockey. Hard as a parent when your teenager is 5.5 hours away and his car breaks down. You feel helpless. Tuffy’s auto has fantastic employees who got out of their way to help with your mechanical needs. So friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate them for the few visits that we have had to bring our car in for different issues. Sure puts this mom at ease knowing my son and myself get great care and service. Thank you to Toby and the rest of the guys!
