Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Flint Miller

I had an amazing experience at Tuffy’s. They were able to get my Jeep Renegade in quickly for struts and full brakes all the way around, and everything was done at a very reasonable price and within a great time frame. After the repair, I did have a minor mishap with the alignment, but the staff handled it professionally and made sure my Jeep got back in right away within the next few days. They made the adjustments in about 45 minutes and took care of everything without any hassle. I truly could not recommend this mechanic shop more. Honest, efficient, and customer-focused service all around!

I went in because I was losing pressure on my rear right tire. I told the manager that they had wonderful reviews and that they get customers in quickly. I was not disappointed. I'm incredibly thankful I pulled up to this shop! I pulled up needing major rim repair on my driver's side tire; they identified and fixed the problem very efficiently, fixing the rim in the most cost effective way. Had some work that needed to be done and my normal location felt bad due to the tech not coming. THIS location was able to squeeze in my good old expedition for the service. Call to make an appointment came in at 3 o’clock waited for over two hours went to the back ,the mechanic wanted to show me that there was play in my Pitman arm, and I already told him it was in the steering gearbox , I was going to replace the Pittman arm myself, but I found out-that The steering gearbox just needed to be tightened , There is an adjustment for it, . then he told me I had a brake line leak, which I informed the manager that I hadjust had it rustproofed, it was an oil base Rustproofing so it’s gonna drip for a few days and there’s nothing wrong with the brakes. He tried to tell me that the brake pedal went all the way to the floor, which is a total lie ,The vehicle was from Florida.
