I had a very disappointing experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center. I brought my Jeep in because it was having an issue, with overheating and instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they essentially guessed at the repair and charged me $1,400. Unfortunately, the vehicle had the exact same problem a week later, meaning the repair clearly didn’t fix anything. When I brought it back, I was then told that I needed a brand new engine, which obviously would have been extremely expensive quoted at over $10,000 Not feeling confident in that diagnosis, I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Jeep dealership service department. I’d have to say, you know when people say there is random little “guardian angels” or little “gifts” if you just keep pushing through during tough times… well…. This place is my little star during my tough time. I’ve been going through a lot for almost 2 months now and of course I wake up to my car driving wrong…. I come in and they helped me out, they showed me the problem. Talked me through the pricing and I was so thankful to just find somewhere I could trust!!! The repair on my car is amazing and the women with black hair in the front (I forgot her name) is amazing!!! She so sweet, and I was in the office waiting for my car and we chatted and she was just such a sweet soul, good person all round!!!! I absolutely loved their service and customer service at this place!!

Very efficient, excellent work. Very friendly staff. Makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend. I have had oil changes, tires and work done. Always a fair price. My husband and I both use Tuffys. !

EXCELLENT auto repair. I brought my Nissan Frontier in for a timing chain issue and they did an incredible job with repairs. They kept all of the parts and showed me exactly what they did to fix my truck's problem. Their staff is also very professional and always friendly. Frankly I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I was impressed with the quality and speed of service of this location! Not only was I in and out in well under an hour for a new battery plus instillation, the team was wonderful. Each person I interacted with was kind and professional. I never felt pressured or talked into buying something I did not need. Also, the place is incredibly clean for an auto store. That spoke volumes to me for the pride they have in their business. We will definitely be back!
