My car started making unsettling noises while I was traveling and I immediately pulled over and looked up the nearest auto shop. After reading the reviews and checking the distance, I pushed my car a little further to make it to this location and I’m glad I did. From promptly diagnosing the issue, to providing finance options for my payment, and even assisting with an uber home and back to the shop once repairs were complete. This Tuffy went above and beyond and I’m so grateful I chose to get my car repaired here.

The manager, Matias, was very kind and helpful. I also had the opportunity to meet Nestor, the mechanic who worked on my car. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in full detail in Spanish, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service.

~ZERO STARS~ I brought my car to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Monroe because the check engine light was on. They charged me almost $1600, and did not fix the problem. In fact, they only performed routine maintenance like an oil change, new spark plugs and filter replacements, which they insisted must be done in order to fix the check engine light issue — none of which addressed the actual reason I brought the car in or fixed the issue. After all that, they told me to go somewhere else, because they don't know what's wrong with it or how to fix it. I left with the same issue, significantly out of pocket, and no resolution. Even my warranty company felt I had been taken advantage of — they offered me $400 toward the work at the next garage I take it to, just to help make up for how

Words are not able to express the gratitude I have for Matias and all of the service team at Tuffy Tire! I am not from Monroe and had no idea which way to turn when I found myself needing a pretty serious repair to my vehicle. Luckly I received great customer serivce via an inquiry phone call I made to Tuffy Tire. I was welcome to come in to ensure what I was inquiring about was my actual vehicle issue. Needless to say, I was well taken care of and even provided with a courtesy ride home while my vehicle was repaired. I would certainly suggest this location to anyone needing anything vehicle care or repair wise.

I would be wary about going here for service. I brought my minivan in for an alignment after replacing the front struts. I was told that the technician could not get the van aligned because it needed stabilizer links and a new CV axel. I have been working on my own cars for 30+ years and know that neither one of those items has to do with alignment. Also I inspected those items when I replaced the struts and they were in good condition. My van has not been in an accident and I have never had an alignment issue before. I suggested that they put it back on the machine and try it again. They said it would not work. I left and took my van to Roadmaster in Monroe which is where I usually go. They aligned it with no problem and said there were no issues. My van drives straight now. My conclusion
