Amazing customer service! Extraordinarily knowledgeable! Here's my story My minivan started making a clicking noise on acceleration and having a rough idle about a week ago, so we took it to the dealer thinking it may have been under warranty. The dealer held it all day long even though we had a 7:00 a.m. appointment. Only to tell us they couldn't find anything wrong. We take it for oil changes to this specific dealer and are very diligent in doing so. NEVER AGAIN!! My poor minivan was 4 quarts low on oil!! Mike, the gentleman who worked on my vehicle said it only holds 5 quarts and we caught it just in time. Had my husband thought it was the oil he would have checked but that was the last thing we thought since we are so diligent with our oil changes. Joey gave great customer service as

This auto repair shop is absolutely awesome. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even for something as simple as an oil change, they provide a detailed report covering everything from tire condition to other key aspects of the vehicle, which really shows how thorough they are. They take the time to explain what they find in a clear, no-pressure way, so you always know exactly what’s going on with your car. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s both professional and genuinely trustworthy. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else — highly recommend!

These people are so wonderful and compassionate. My car broke down at my sister’s while my husband was prepping to have open heart surgery. I had it towed to Tuffys and they knew what I was going through and that we were seniors. They spent a long time on the car and promised no matter how long, they would not go over a certain price. My sister lives 35 miles from me and kept driving me back and forth to the hospital, which was far for her too. I couldn’t get anyway, because of schedules to drive me to Tuffys and by the grace of God, they called me up and said they would deliver it at no charge. Just always remember, there are still good and honest people in this world!❤️🙏

I have all 4 vehicles serviced with Tuffy’s on a regular basis. The trust I have from them is great. They always give me a fair estimate and great service. I can rely on their recommendations of what to have repaired and what to wait to repair regularly. It’s hard to find a shop that one can trust and this place earns mine.

Place was hopping on New Years Eve today. Was routed there by AAA due to a Check Engine light and a decrease in my Prius’ mpg— we (92 yo mom and I) were early on for a long drive to the north. Very kind service advisors. After expressing concern about when they could get to my car to ‘read the codes’, SA Brian A pulled a technician to do a quick, non guaranteed code read. There was a ‘vapor’ issue, and Brian and technician let us know that it could be as benign as a loose gas cap. Lo and behold after I righted the loose cap, the check engine went out, and the Prius’ mpg returned to normal. No charge— joyous holidays gentlemen for your care. Highly recommend, as the number of local’s cars would attest.
