We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Tuffy Tire in Pelham. While traveling, we discovered dry rot on our fifth wheel tires and needed all four replaced. We called several places, but no one had the tires in stock and they would have needed to be ordered. Jordyn at Tuffy was by far the most knowledgeable, understanding, and flexible with our travel schedule. Even though she also had to order the tires, she moved quickly to get them in and worked with our reservations to make sure we could get to their location without disrupting our trip. Fantastic Tire & Service Shop. We have 28 trucks in our fleet, Brian and his team have worked on half of them. Very fair prices, fast service, good selection of rubber. They care for your vehicle as if it is his own and really works to get you fixed and back on the road quick. Good people, locally owned.

Edited to add: changing my rating to 5 stars, the manager called and explained that the vehicle was repaired the way it was per the instructions of the warranty company, and that they were more than willing to make it right on their end, even though they were pretty much instructed to fix the vehicle improperly. I brought my car in for a pre-purchase inspection. I told them some problems I was experiencing with the car. I chose them because they were listed under companies that work with the warranty company on repairs. First, they had my car 8 hours for a battery, rear rotors, and oil change. They said it would be done by 3, I got my car back as they were closing at 5. I was only updated on progress because I asked at 4pm. I also witnessed an employee blatantly stomp the gas in my car wh

The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. The bigger lady at the front desk was very sweet, but they drained my battery and had to jump it off four times within being under their care and now I wake up to a drain battery. they refuse to make it right by replacing the battery THEY drained. They are trying to tell me like I am a dumbass if the battery is dead it was already on its way out. TERRIBLE customer service if you ask me.

I came in for a tune up and a coolant drain and fill. Both staff and service was great. Will return for future maintenance on my vehicle.
