Great little spot to take your car in for maintenance. They are friendly and very patient in explaining the service they are providing. Also they do what they say they are going to do. I double checked they changed filters and my tire rotation. The waiting are is small but there is a doughnut shop and a small shopping center right next door while you wait. I would recommend this place is you are looking for a good maintenance place.

Terrible customer service !!! I went in to get my spark plugs changed and got back a car that turned off on me in the middle of the road!!! I went to back the next day and they kept claiming it was an alternator issue once I clarified it’s impossible or else I would need to jump start the vehicle if it was, they said they will “take another look at it”. Got the car back and didn’t have any issues after that but for the price I paid it ridiculous how I had to go back and they still wanted to charge me for something that wasn’t even an issue. I’m definitely going to report this to the Better Business Bureau!! This place is too overpriced! Save your money because only thing this place guarantees is a headache!

Best find in Anaheim!!!! Even though they’ve been there just recently, I believe they’re the best place to go to get your vehicle fixed!! Thanks to Nio and everyone in Tunex my car is running great 👍🏻 Service is Top Rated, Prices is below and very competitive to others out there, lastly they show you the problem and they even let you see it before deciding to get it fix!! Now that’s Excellent Service!!! If you live around this place you should go and get your vehicle fix here. I’m not just saying this, I’m saying this because I don’t really like giving reviews and this place deserves to be recognized in the neighborhood!!! Just got done getting my air flow sensor done. Such a great service very fast very responsive and will get what needs to be fixed, fixed. Matt Martinez really friendly, really helpful and very attention to detail on making sure you are satisfied and making sure you won't get up charged by excess stuff. Definitely will be going back!
