Turbo Express Car Wash

Severely disappointing. Don’t let these positive reviews get you like it got me. Save your money. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a good car wash in the area. The machines inside does it’s own little part, but whatever dirt residue is left on your car, it’s not getting cleaned by ANYONE. The guy on the other end literally did a dry slap with his little musty rag and walked off. And I’m not enthused by the token to vacuum the inside of my own car. If I wanted to, I would go to Wawa. Why it’s not an included service where they actually clean the inside too is beyond me. At this point, since there’s no local luck, I’m more than willing to drive 20m out because this isn’t it. It's okay if you need your car washed desperately but you should probably look elsewhere to be honest. Almost everytime I go to this place I find new tiny scratches on my car, most notably on my trunk. I saw a comment saying the same a while back but I didn't listen to them because I didn't see anyone else mentioning it. They were right. Also, I sometimes I have to go twice through the wash because the car isn't fully cleaned. I will be seeking a different wash hopefully one more thorough and less damaging.

The deluxe package I chose left the car’s rear uncleaned, with the vacuum that supposedly lasts 10 minutes only lasting 4. There are several spots of dirt on the car, and the wash isn’t done properly. I don’t think it’s worth the money.

my partner and i have been coming here for about a year, never had a bad experience. recently my partners car was absolutely horrendous, sap and dirt and leaves all over. the manager (i believe?) immediately saw it and said “we’ll do our best but your car needs detailing”. he told us to go through another time, for free, and our car looks so much better than it did before. genuinely some of the nicest people i’ve met within this service. plus the inner experience is so fun, lots of colors. honestly does everything it’s supposed to do, and more.

They do not clean inside vehicles and their tire cleaning machine is horrible. The employees that dry vehicles off talk rudely to customers and they don't give you a membership card they mess up your vehicles windows Instead with their stickers. Poor service.
