Turkey Cove Auto Repair & Alignment

Did a good job. It still seems a tiny off but I'm probably too picky, as I did just have a few major repairs that may be causing something else. I would still recommend anyone to let them give you an alignment if I need it because the service was simple and fast with no upselling or confusion.

SCAM artists! We took my grandma's car here to get the cruise control fixed. They kept the Jeep for 7 days, did not fix the problem, and charged me over $400 for looking at it. Furthermore, when I asked for an itemized receipt they refused to give me one. If they were unable to fix it, why didn't they tell me before 7 days was up? I had a full tank of gas when I brought it in, when I got it back the tank was empty. I got scammed. Avoid this place so you don't too.

Do not go here! My husband and I DROVE our car to this repair place because it was having difficulty starting. They quoted us $2500 to have it repaired. One week and three phone calls later thay said that it would now cost $8500 to have it RUNNING AGAIN. We declined any further service, but they are requiring that we pay the labor they say they have already put into the vehicle. So, we have to pay $1250 before we can have our car TOWED to another shop.

The man at this shop has a serious attitude problem. My driver was delivering a vehicle to this establishment (a vehicle this place botched the repair on and was bringing back at customers request). The customer requested the shop pay for the tow and when my operator asked them to pay, the guy blew a gasket and started cussing her. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, a guy spends over 3000 on a repair and the truck only makes it 9.3 miles and then you refuse to pay the return tow, you don't deserve ANYONE'S patronage. Avoid this place! As a side note, I had to give it 1 star or this wouldn't get published.

They overcharged me .. They charged me over $300 to just rewire my horn with a push button switch. Big-time rip off artists
