Turn Auto Mall New Hyde Park, New York

My overall experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Although the application process for the vehicle was easy, and the finance manager did a great job getting the deal done, my overall satisfaction with the vehicle is 0. The car was never properly inspected, and there were several hidden issues with the 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV I purchased. On top of that, I had to wait until the last minute to receive my registration, which left my vehicle without registration for at least one day. If you decide to do business with this dealership, be very careful. Read the fine print and inspect the vehicle thoroughly before signing anything. In my honest opinion, I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I would not recommend them to others. If you want, I can a

I was 100 percent satisfied with the services of Turn Auto Mall. I was an out of State buyer from Texas and they were all very helpful. More specifically Elysha was my main point of contact and sales person. They were clear on pricing and all of the logistics. Don’t hesitate to purchase from them. They have a few other great deals in their inventory.

I had a great experience buying my car from Jesus. From start to finish, he was honest, patient, and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he truly cared about helping me find the right car. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Jesus and this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Jesus and Starr were outstanding; his customer service was terrific. He stayed 3.5 hours past his closing time till he got the deal done! Got me the best deal possible, and his transparency made me want to proceed. I will definitely be coming back!

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Star was incredible, and the guy who handled my financing was just as great. As a female, I usually feel like some dealerships try to pull one over on me, but not here. They were patient, transparent, and honest the entire time. I got to test-drive every car I was interested in without any pressure. I came in pre-approved through Capital One, and they truly do work with low credit. My score was in the 500s, and I still walked away with a really good deal on a car I love. If you’re looking for a place that treats you with respect and actually tries to help, this is definitely the dealership to go to. I would absolutely co
