They kept our truck for weeks and refused to explain any part of their diagnostic process. Questions were met with vague answers or flat-out refusal to explain how they reached their conclusions. First, they confidently said the issue was the engine — so the engine was replaced. Shortly after, the truck died on the highway, creating a dangerous situation. Thankfully, no one was hurt. After that failure, the diagnosis suddenly changed to the catalytic converters. Again, no explanation. No test results. No reasoning. Just another confident statement with nothing to back it up. My car had no reverse,so I called turnkey to service my vehicle. They kept in touch with me, every step of the way,and really worked hard to get my vehicle back to me,as soon as they possibly could. If you care for your car don’t go here. I went in last week for a simple oil pan gasket and ground cable replacement. The service rep said the job will be done in a day. I go ahead and drop off the car and and then have the worst experience trying to get ahold of the customer service rep in order to know how much longer they need to work on the car. I decide to stop by after work the next say and they tell me that the car isn’t done and will not be done until the next day. After 2 days they’re finally finished with this job. I go to grab the car and the “technician” tells me that my oil was filthy and that he changed it and alarm bells went off, I know that’s a lie because I went to the dealership to get an oil change the month before and have receipts and a full vehicle inspection report

My car has been on the shop since September 30th today is December 11 every time i call nobody answers I have to come down to the shop for them to give me updates and all they say is we are working on it for the last month and still don’t have my car. The payment was completed within the 1st 2-3 weeks I need answers

Excellent service! REAL mechanics! These guys can do anything. They made replacing my 5.8 Hemi engine look easy. And it runs perfect!! The friendly service and great attitude of all the people there is wonderful, and hard to find elsewhere!
