Turn Key Auto Sales

Simply put, Jake and Wayne are not the typical used car operation. They are no nonsense buisness men offering a fair and honest approach to used car sales. This experience was vastly different and more positive than I've had anywhere else. Seems these folks are able to blend, making a living in used car sales with integrity and respect for the customer. 10 stars. BTW the vehicle was actually better than promised. 100% endorsement!!!

Jake was great to work with through out the process. I had my truck ship to me from NH to IA. We hadn't seen the truck in person but Jake was very trust worthy on the phone and very friendly and personable. With this we agreed to have him use his contact to ship the truck to us. The process was fast and we got our car in exactly a week. It was great timing because we sold our highlander, so we had one car and went on vacation and came back with the truck in our driveway. The truck arrived exactly in the condition Jake had described it over the phone. We love our new truck now and I will trust Jake to purchase from him in the future if we ever need a new car.

Was looking for a nice reliable car for my grandson. Looked at several other lots in the Manchester area, and saw a lot of cars that looked like they just came from the auction. Turn Key Auto was a breath of fresh air. Their cars and trucks are all in good shape, clean, and well marked with asking price, features and mileage. We found a 2012 Ford Fusion with low miles that looked like it had been a garage queen, and at a reasonable price, considering current car prices. I had bought many, many cars from the prior owner of this business. It looks like the new owner is cut from the same cloth. Thanks, Jake! My grandson was thrilled with his new car. I’ll probably be back again.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The men working here are knowledgeable but very honest people. I called the shop at around 9am, and Wayne was so helpful and thorough that I left with keys in my hand before sunset the same day. This is the only genuinely people-oriented sale I have ever encountered. These guys care about their cars and their customers which is hard to come across. Thank you again, especially to Wayne, for making what could have been a stressful investment a total breeze!

Do yourself a favor and go to Turnkey Auto Sales first. Wish I had! Great experience. Doreen and Jake were a pleasure to do business with. Couldn't be happier with my 2013 Yukon XL.
