Turn Too Automotive

My review is late. They have been taking care of my cars for years. I either love or hate my mechanics and in thier defense I do drive some garbage cars. I love them. The owner Greg has an honesty problem, and I'm not mad about it. I need the dirty hard truth. I should NOT put money into these things and they will tell you why in simple terms that a non mechanic can understand in the literal nicest way possible. My friends and family all bring their cars here for a reason. They might be booked out for a minute but there is reason for that... Halston will fix your things for a reasonable price but also tell you if it's worth the money. Thomas does a quick efficient oil change. They will work hard to figure out the problem and the best ways to fix it and I so appreciate them!

Great communication and diagnostics. The shop takes their time to find the true root cause that actually resolves the issue and saves money. I have high trust in the shop and their labor rates are very reasonable.

I've been going to these guys for a couple years, now. And I've had a wide array of services done. I can say, without a doubt, this is the most trustworthy repair shop. I'm told the costs of different actions to take and what the long term outcome of each action is. They do not overcharge nor recommend anything not necessary. I feel respected and considered every time I walk away from here. They even gave me a ride back to my house when I lived 20 minutes away and the repair was going to take all day (I was fully prepared to sit and wait). They are kind, honest people. I can't say enough good things. If there is a negative review, (I can't imagine), I would take it with a heavy dose of salt. THANK YOU TURN TOO!!!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't know how to follow-up with people correctly and in a timely manner. They want to just keep your vehicle there over night, even though I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance. It seems like they don't know how to prioritize what there working on. The front desk heavier set guy could have better customer service skills... especially if he is dealing with customers daily. Also, you guys broke the nozzle of the windshield wiper sprayer. I would give NO stars to this place!!

Excellent work, honest service, fair price. This is the place to take your car or truck. Not many places like this around any more. Thank you Greg and Matt.
