Turner's Garage and Transmission

I had a transmission issue just before i made my cross country trip to California due to me getting out of the military. Faith was a lifesaver for calling a tow truck to take my car to their shop to get it fixed. Faith always kept me updated about my car and what was needed to be replaced. She also knew about my trip back to California and how much short time i had before leaving. She was kind enough to expedite the part to get to their shop faster and complete the repair 2 days before my departure. She informed me that if i have any issues during my trip to not hesitate and call them to assist me. Safe to say my car ran like a dream and never had an issue for my 2700 mile drive back home. I took my Honda to turners garage for a transmission oil change today and I couldn’t be happier I chose to get it done there! Staff was really nice and they did it at a really affordable price in a timely manner!!

I took my vehicle there and will never go back. I should have known something was wrong when they had to reschedule me due to understaffing. They called me a day after I dropped my vehicle off and told me that to fix it would cost 7000 dollars. (I have the invoice to prove it) Then tried to charge me 250 just to look at when I already told them what the problem was. I took my vehicle to another certified mechanic and got the work done for 2100 dollars with a warranty. I do not suggest going to this place, but if you have to PLEASE get a second opinion before you agree to their terms. Thanks
