Turttle's Auto Glass, Kingsport

I have used them twice for chip repair. One of the few places around who gives an estimate quickly without filling out all the online stuff. Professional and prompt. Front desk ladies are super nice. They are much less expensive than a “safer” brand. Will continue to use and recommend them

The Kingsport team does a great job. With all of the road debris on the roads from the dump trucks loaded with material from Helene, I have now replaced 3 windshields and had one small chip fixed at the Kingsport facility. They deliver a much higher quality of work than the large national chains. One of the windshields that they replaced had been previously done by one of the national chains where I had to go back twice because of errors. The team at Turttle's is flexible with their scheduling and are very pleasant to work with. The windshields that they have put into my vehicles have performed just like the OME. BMW and Porsche sent me to them when I asked where to go get the best job done. Great people that do a great job.

I had a great experience with Turtle’s Auto Glass after purchasing a vehicle from a local dealer. A few days after buying the car, I noticed water intrusion around the rear window. Thankfully, the dealer took care of the issue and arranged for Turtle’s Auto Glass to replace the window with a new manufacturer part.
