Guys did an excellent job on my car. It’s one of my most prized possessions. They went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s show ready. The staff were very friendly and good communicators. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE experience! I took my car to get two collision sites repaired and asked them to also buff out dog scratches out of my paint. I am devastated by the damage they did to my paint and the horrible repair work. They got into my paint with the buffer and ruined it over the entire car. Where they repaired my car there are 2 places where the paint ran. A substance was spilled on the grill. There is dirt under the paint and a dent in the door that was not there before I took it in. When I took it back to ask about all the damage they are not taking any accountability and leaving me with thousands of dollars of damage. Pictures available of damage to support my review.

After a minor fender bender, my wife's vehicle needed some repair of the drivers side headlight, bumper, and front quarter panel on her CRV. The technicians were perfessional and repaired the vehicle without any issues, color matching the paint and made it look new again. I would recommend the folks at Tusculum Body Shop to anyone who needs repairs done in a timely manner and professionally done.

Had a front-end accident with my wife in the car outside of Nashville. Thankfully, the car was drivable and we were unhurt. We had hundreds of miles to get home. However, the dash was indicating that we needed to add a quart of oil and the hood was jammed shut. We were told to see Jacob at Tusculum Body Shop. When we got there Jacob came right out, listened to our plight and assessed the situation. He was able to fix the hood so that we could open it, add our oil, close it and continue on - knowing that if we had some kind of leak, we would be able to add additional oil on the way with no problem. This is what we encountered: an attentive and kind man who didn't hesitate to help us and rectified the problem for a couple of complete strangers that he'd probably never see again. Jacob

Great people and expert repairs make this business a must if you unfortunately have an accident and need auto repairs. I have had 2 vehicles repaired there recently and both vehicles were completely restored to pre-accident appearance. Jacob is friendly and knowledgeable.
