Tuttle-Click Collision Center

I took my car in on 5/13. They said they could help me get my side mirror replaced. I finally called to get an update on 6/7 and Nathan Oshana said he would call right back and he never did. It’s now 6/13 and still have heard nothing. I understand if it can take a while but at least call someone back and tell them an update??? Especially when you say you will “call them right back”

Nathan Oshana - the absolute BEST service advisor I've ever seen in my 18 years of driving. Professional, understanding, kind, and detailed. Everything you expect in a service advisor at any dealership. Tuttle-Click Collision Center of Irvine is very lucky to have him. My Jeep looks like it was never rear ended. Amazing work! My compliments to the bodyshop technician/mechanic team. Paint on the new panel is spot on. I had 3 small requests and Nathan made sure they were fulfilled. Honestly couldn't ask for more. Thank you Nathan and team for making one of the best experiences I've had yet. Outstanding!!!

horrible rude sales reps. went in to check out a car, no one came , asked for help, still no one came, asked to see a Ioniq N, rep said not unless you are prepared to buy it today and refused to show me the car. I dont know why Hyundai seems to have the worst people working for them compared to other brands such as Subaru or even Wolksvagon in souther California.

Super happy with my experience at Tuttle click collision center. I had a 3 month old Jeep Compass that was hit in the rear and title click made it look just like brand new again. My advisor Dave kept me informed of the progress the entire time my vehicle without the shop
