In terms of dealing with any dealership and fixing my car : This has to have been the worst experience of my entire life! There’s no GM that runs the store, The service manager has never been any type of manager, Cleary! It all went south when I called in bc it had been days before hearing any updates on my car. I was wondering if the warranty finally approved the work- I finally get my advisor on the call and her immediate response is “I’ve had nothing but patience with you!” - UMMMM WHAT!? 1) Did they fix my car? Tuttle Click Chrysler Dodge Ram in Irvine, CA. Service department front facing is responsive, friendly and helpful. Techs got me in and out quickly on an ABS flag on my Truck. No pressure for unneeded service items. Wandered the sales floor while waiting and the guys were cool there too. Beautiful dealership all around. Good personnel.

Service manager was very nice. I believe his name Al. He take care of me and promise me. The limo will be ready by next week. And before next week, he called me and they said, the limo is ready. I really appreciate it.
