TW Tires Shop & More

Got 2 tire here yesterday and woke up this morning Sitting on a flat! I called to let them know She said bring the tire up here how am I supposed to do that? I’m on a flat I said I live 30 miles away. If I have to pay somebody else to fix the tire, will you reimburse what I paid? She said we don’t do refunds I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked if I have to pay someone to fix it so I can drive. Will you give me back what I had to pay them since I paid y’all to fix my tires so that I can drive! I highly recommend you not go to this tire shop! I wouldn’t have if Lizzano’s tire shop would’ve had my tire because this is not the first time that somethings Happened after using this tire shop but as the old saying goes for me, once shame on you for me Twice shame on me! There won’t be a third time!

This guy was great. I had brought in a rim that I rode a flat on for miles... It was trashed. But he kept on trying to get that tire on this rim. Took him over an hour. But he succeeded in repairing the tire. Saved my ass.

This place is awful. Unprofessional customer service and they don’t know how to write a receipt. Please read the attached photo. The worst part is they charge $5 to check a wheel and they said there is an additional $3 credit card fee. In what world does that make sense it’s usually 2-3% for a credit card fee. The service was awful I wouldn’t recommend this place. She was also not wanting to provide us a receipt which I don’t think is legal. We had to go back and forth to get one…

Great place. I had a rotation (and turn around the inside of the tires to the outside) and was in and out within 20-30 minutes. The balance and are cheap! Will be coming back here for sure.

DON’T GO THERE!!!! Place is a scam, from their prices to their “fees” tried to charge me 20$ for replacing my valve stem and 20$ for a tire patch when usually it’s half the prices every where and I ended up not doing it and left there and they charged me 5$ because they sprayed water and soap on the tire, and they kept on up charging me everytime and ended up not doing anything because i saw it was a scam, and they tried to charge me 3$ on the 5$ for the taxes, lol not even California tax rate is this high.
